Job Description

Minimum 1+ years Adaptive PE Teacher experience required. A position is available for a specialized professional to provide in-person support and services for K-12 students in the Irving, TX area. This role involves working one-on-one with students, conducting evaluations, and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed. The position is contract-based, very part-time, and on an as-needed basis during the school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-person evaluations for students requiring specialized support. Attend IEP meetings to contribute to goal planning and progress review. Update Adapted Physical Education (APE) goals based on student progress. Deliver APE sessions face-to-face at Dallas and Fort Worth campuses. Communicate effectively with school staff and families to support student development. Qualifications and Experience: Experience working one-on-one with K-12 students in educational settings. Knowledge of Adapted Physical Education and ability to update and implement APE goals. Ability to conduct thorough student evaluations and actively participate in IEP meetings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable providing services in-person across multiple locations (Dallas and Fort Worth). Location: Irving, TX area with duties performed at Dallas and Fort Worth campuses.
