We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks while providing excellent support to staff and office activities.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting staff with inquiries and support needs.
• Maintain and update records in the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organize and manage office services, including handling incoming packages and mail.
• Ensure the efficient execution of general administrative tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals and initiatives.• Proven experience with basic office skills and administrative functions.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools.
