Job Requirements

• A passion for helping seniors

• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere inthe community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral andwritten

JobResponsibilities Include

• Ensures that the community is prepared for inspection by regulatory agencies through regular auditing and updating of community policies and procedures, medical records documentation, environmental standards, etc.

• Lead,develop, and support staff through role modeling and the company culture

• Serveas sales leader of the community driving community occupancy, marketingoutreach, and referrals

• Meetor exceed the financial goals of the community through revenue generatingexpense management and labor control

• Supervise and leadthe community management team to ensure a smooth operation that meets theneeds of residents, families, associates and visitors

Qualifications:

• Collegedegree and administrator’s license/certification per state requirements
• Prior GeneralManager, Executive Director or Administrator experience within the healthcare industry preferred
