Business Process Analyst II /Junior PMO Analyst

Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or IT support roles
• Internship or academic project experience in project management is a plus
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Basic understanding of project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools
• Experience with collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, Microsoft DevOps)
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology
