The Shuttle Driver delivers full trailers to our domicile locations and return empty trailers to our distribution centers.McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. So, here's the details:Pay Rate: Shuttle Drivers earn between $200 and $372 per route.Schedule: Drivers may be assigned to either the 11:00 AM-9:30 PM or 3:00 PM-1:00 AM shift, working 5 to 6 days per week.Additional Duties: Drivers may occasionally be asked to complete a delivery if needed, though this is a rare occurrence.Day 1 Benefits: Includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA options, and company-paid life insurance.After 90 Days: Drivers become eligible for a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan.Additional Perks: Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, educational assistance, and more.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection report.Ensure that product is secured inside the trailer for undamaged transport.May at times perform line haul and/or backhaul.Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:At least 21 years of age.Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.WORK SAFE HOME SAFE is one of our mottos at McLane Company.
