As a Charity Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the public face of nonprofit partners , promoting their missions and building meaningful connections with community members:

• Represent nonprofit clients at local events, retail locations, and community outreach campaigns

• Educate the public about important causes such as healthcare access, education equality, and environmental initiatives

• Encourage donor participation and raise awareness through face-to-face engagement

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event booths, displays, and marketing materials

• Track donor interactions, collect feedback, and support campaign reporting

• Attend weekly team training and development workshops

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn

• Passion for social causes, public service, or nonprofit work

• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask

• Full-time availability (including some weekends and evenings)

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• No prior experience required – we provide full training!
