What You'll Be Doing:

Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Answering questions and resolving issues related to loans, deposits, and online banking.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer authentication.
Recommending appropriate bank products and services.
Processing customer requests and completing necessary documentation.
Researching and resolving customer issues.
What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong telephone, writing, and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Understanding of bank products and services.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable and professional demeanor.
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change.
Willingness to learn new technology.
Ability to research and resolve problems.
Spanish speaking skills are strongly preferred.
