Job Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead community engagement, post-sale support, and account development. This role is central to building strong, long-term relationships with our customers—ensuring they’re onboarded successfully, trained, supported, and continuously engaged.
You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to support users, grow communities, and drive product adoption. Your goal is to enhance the customer experience, identify areas for growth, and help turn feedback into action.
Key Responsibilities
Own the post-sale relationship, including onboarding, training, and product adoption
Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts
Build and manage programs that support customer engagement across the full product lifecycle
Identify upsell opportunities within accounts and coordinate handoffs to the sales team
Collect customer feedback to support improvements across product, marketing, and operations
Design and test engagement strategies, including incentives and partnerships
Track KPIs and engagement metrics to evaluate program performance
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to set growth targets and forecast engagement trends
Partner with key customers and organizations to build strategic relationships
Educate users on new features, updates, and best practices
Maintain and evolve onboarding, training, and community engagement processes
Ensure community guidelines and standards are up to date and consistently applied
Support other duties as needed by leadership
Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing online or in-person communities
3+ years of experience in program or project management
Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple teams and departments
Familiarity with product development and cross-functional team workflows
Experience building partnerships and supporting marketing or community platforms
Strong presentation skills and ability to translate data into stories
Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and proactive
Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
