Job Title: Employment Plaintiffs Attorney - Wage & Hour Focus

Our client is a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm with offices across the country. They are committed to advancing the rights of workers, consumers, and the underrepresented through complex litigation, class actions, and impactful advocacy.

They are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Employment Plaintiffs Attorney to join our Los Angeles office, with a hybrid work model (remote and in-office flexibility). This role will focus heavily on Wage & Hour class and representative actions , including PAGA claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent employees in wage and hour matters including class actions and PAGA representative actions.
• Handle all phases of litigation from pre-filing investigation through trial, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and appeals.
• Work closely with a team of attorneys and legal staff to strategize and execute high-impact litigation.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with class members and named plaintiffs.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Collaborate with co-counsel, experts, and opposing counsel to resolve complex legal issues.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for experience in employment law , particularly Wage & Hour matters.
