Job Description

Our client, a globally recognized brand headquartered in Miami, FL, is looking for a Multimedia Visual Designer to bring their design expertise to a fast-paced, high-impact team. If you’re a creative multimedia designer with a modern, clean, and sophisticated aesthetic, a love for visual storytelling, and strong technical chops in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, this is a great opportunity. As a key player on the Marketing and Sales team, you'll craft compelling visuals that speak to a luxury audience across a variety of channels—digital, print, email, and beyond. This is an on-site position, 5 days a week, in the North Miami Beach area where you'll be immersed in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-impact, websites, email campaigns, social media content, brochures, signage, packaging, web banners, PowerPoint presentations and more.
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales to develop on-brand, visually engaging assets for both digital and print.
  • Bring high-end/luxury aesthetics to life through expert photo retouching, clean layouts, sharp typography, and consistent branding.
  • Support cross-channel marketing efforts—including social media, email, and business development campaigns—with fresh, on-trend visuals.
  • Design and schedule social content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Vimeo, and YouTube—keeping a pulse on trends and platform innovations.
  • Build and send weekly email newsletters and marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Liaise with vendors to maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Contribute to strategy sessions for client acquisition, engagement, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with web developers to design and deliver branded UI elements and page layouts for the corporate website.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of design experience in a marketing, agency or in-house creative environment with hands-on experience in graphic, digital, and presentation design.
  • A portfolio showcasing clean, polished, sophisticated design work.
  • PowerPoint expertise—you know how to transform slides into stunning visual narratives that align with brand voice and identity.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are essential.
  • Comfortable managing social media design and content uploads across major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo).
  • Experience creating and deploying email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp; HubSpot is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (intermediate to expert), Word, and Excel.
  • A polished, luxury design sensibility and an eagerness to contribute creatively to a global brand.
