We’re looking for a Project Designer to manage high-end kitchen design projects from start to finish. You’ll lead the process—setting timelines, managing budgets, solving challenges, and guiding both clients and internal teams—ensuring that each space is as functional as it is stunning.

What You’ll Do

(Approx. 30% design | 70% project management)

  • Lead full lifecycle design projects—from initial concept to final installation
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, architects, and internal teams
  • Create detailed design drawings and cabinetry orders
  • Mentor junior designers and uphold Bluebell’s brand standards
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience every step of the way

What We’re Looking For

āœ” 5= years experience in kitchen or cabinetry design

āœ” Proficient in AutoCAD (required), Google SketchUp (preferred)

āœ” Able to produce shop-ready drawings and pricing using software tools

āœ” Strong organizational and leadership skills

āœ” Professional communication with clients, contractors, and vendors

āœ” Bonus: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
