Position Details:

Remote contract position

Compensation based on the number of sessions conducted

Potential to earn up to $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and concerns

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and other mental health conditions

Offer crisis management support when necessary

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care

Qualifications:

Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) in Idaho (ID)

Additional licensure in Washington (WA), Texas (TX), California (CA), Utah (UT), or New Mexico (NM) is a plus

Master's degree in a mental health-related field

Experience providing therapy to diverse populations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseload

Reliable computer with webcam, audio capabilities, and a stable internet connection
