Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually

Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a reliable Office Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position offering the opportunity to grow into a long-term role with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and serve as the first point of contact for guests and vendors
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a clean, functional workspace
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments (scheduling, filing, document prep, etc.)
  • Assist with planning meetings and company events, including setup and logistics
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipping
  • Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate workspace assignments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or coordination role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A self-starter with a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
