Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time:

• Guaranteed Salary : $600,000 pay draw + 35% of collections (earnings between $800,000 - $2,000,000/year).
• Benefits : Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, $50,000 sign-on bonus, life/AD&D, short- and long-term disability, continuing education support, 401k with a 4% match, relocation assistance, liability insurance with tail coverage, 6 paid holidays, and more.

Part-Time:

• Daily Compensation : $5,000 pay draw + 35% of collections (average daily earnings between $2,000 - $5,000).
• Benefits : Liability insurance with tail coverage, travel reimbursements, and continuing education support.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Must be able to obtain a dental license in the assigned practice state.
