Key Responsibilities Own UX/UI for our AI-powered self-serve SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless, scalable experience for businesses to deploy and customize AI assistants. Design intuitive, modern user interfaces that bring AI-driven interactions to life across web, mobile, and conversational UI. Craft the user experience of AI-powered dashboards, analytics, and interaction builders, enabling non-technical users to manage AI workflows with ease. Develop conversational UI/UX patterns for voice-first AI engagement, ensuring natural and frictionless interactions. Define and optimize user journeys, simplifying complex AI configurations while maintaining flexibility for power users. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to align UX with product goals and business needs. Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, incorporating AI-assisted design tools to enhance workflow efficiency. Maintain a high standard of visual design, ensuring UI components are modern, elegant, and highly usable. Qualifications English fluency at C1 or C2 level Degree in Media, Communications, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field. 3-7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for modern SaaS products or AI-powered platforms. Exceptional taste in design, with an understanding of what makes a UI feel polished, intuitive, and modern. Experience designing self-serve, configurable SaaS platforms with an emphasis on simplicity and usability. Strong sense of product ownership-not just designing screens but shaping the entire product experience. Experience in conversational UI, voice-first interactions, or AI-driven UX.
