Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood leader ready to open and lead a brand-new preschool? We’re looking for a dynamic Preschool Director to launch and oversee operations at our brand-new Cleveland location. What you'll do?

As the Preschool Director, you’ll be the heartbeat of the school. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the launch of the center, including licensing and hiring
  • Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Ohio regulations
  • Building and developing a strong teaching team
  • Overseeing curriculum implementation and instructional quality
  • Coordinating with families during enrollment, tours, and daily communication
  • Managing administrative tasks including scheduling, tuition, and recordkeeping
  • Partnering with the executive team to ensure a successful school launch and growth

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a confident, compassionate leader who can build a school culture from the ground up.

  • Meets or exceeds Ohio licensing qualifications for a Director
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
  • Strong understanding of curriculum planning and classroom management
  • Skilled in staff supervision, family communication, and operational systems
  • Passionate about early learning and creating a high-quality program from day one

Requirements

The director of the preschool program shall:

(1) Hold a valid educator license designated as appropriate for teaching or being an administrator in a preschool setting issued pursuant to section 3319.22of the Revised Code and have completed at least four courses in child development or early childhood education from an accredited college, university, or technical college
