QA / Salesforce Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient QA / Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid background in software testing and hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing while also managing day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce functionality and integrations. Perform manual and automated testing of custom Salesforce features, workflows, and configurations. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues. Conduct regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce deployments. Log and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain documentation for QA processes and test case repositories. Salesforce Administration Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access in Salesforce. Customize Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g., flows, validation rules, page layouts). Perform routine data management tasks such as data imports, exports, deduplication, and backups. Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity through regular audits. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs. Provide support, training, and documentation for end users and assist with change management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a QA role with exposure to Salesforce. 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) strongly preferred. Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, TestRail, or Postman is a plus. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools (e.g., marketing automation, ERPs). Knowledge of Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, SOQL, Visualforce) is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps tools and release management processes.
