Key Responsibilities
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce environments.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user management.
Ability to elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user feedback.
Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring key deliverables are met.
