About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Temporary Recruiter to join our team on a 3–6 month contract. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on legal recruiting , with occasional support for operations hiring . What You’ll Do:

• Manage the pipeline of candidates for legal and professional services roles
• Collaborate with with the team and business to understand staffing needs
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for high-volume roles
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, UKG, or Bullhorn)
• Support operational recruiting as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing and campaigning skills required
• Prior experience recruiting for professional services preferred
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS, UKG, or Bullhorn
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable
