🔹 Job Opening: ServiceNow Administrator

📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

📅 Duration: 6 months (Extendable up to 2 years)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join a high-impact project in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our client’s ITT ServiceNow platform, ensuring system performance, security, and user support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration, including user and role management
  • Maintain forms, fields, views, and access controls (ACLs)
  • Monitor and escalate platform issues (e.g., integrations, data imports)
  • Triage and resolve user issues related to workflows, business rules, or catalog items
  • Adhere to change management processes and governance protocols
  • Document administrative activities, create knowledge base articles, and end-user procedures
  • Review system configurations, unused assets, and integrations to recommend optimizations
  • Support upgrade activities including validation and testing in sub-production environments

✅ Mandatory Qualifications:

✔️ 3+ years of recent ServiceNow Administration experience

✔️ Current ServiceNow Administrator Certification (certificate must be provided)

⭐ Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to design and develop custom ServiceNow apps or extend existing functionalities
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
  • Proven experience supporting governance, security, and platform hygiene

Success in this role will be measured by consistent execution of platform tasks, issue resolution, documentation quality, and actionable recommendations for platform enhancement.
